         <title>Shopping Online for Mom</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<strong>Brick-and-mortar stores still tops for last minute buys.</strong>

In a recent U.S. survey, nearly one out of five internet users will go online to buy their mothers gifts.

At the top of the list, the majority of consumers (35%) will still go directly to speciality stores, such as Florists.  Gas prices and other economis issues are impacting retail shopping and prices at just about every level.

Total consumer spending this mother's day is expected to reach $15.8 billion.
