The Maine State Florists’ and Growers’ Association presents their Fall Design Show on October 25th, 26th, & 27th 2008 at the Bangor Motor Inn.
Saturday will feature an intermediate Form & Line design workshop with Ann Jordan AAF AIFD between noon and 3:00 PM and a business workshop for owners and managers regarding the state of the floral economy between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. A tradeshow, cocktail hour and dinner will follow.
On Sunday world renowned designer and author Rene van Rems AIFD will feature new and innovative holiday designs and discuss how to make "The Green" during the holidays and how the flower industry is keeping up and moving into an environmentally "Green" direction. This session begins at 8:00 AM. The Trade Fair will continue throughout the day.
On Monday, October 27th, Rene van Rems will present "Weddings With Rene".
