They come to your shop (training by telephone is available) and work one on one with every member of your staff to help them achieve their maximum potential. The trainer will take orders with youe employees so they can hear how customers respond to the FloralStrategies methodology. Typically your staff will begin using the FloralStrategies system the same day!
