We are pleased to announce that FloristWare now offers full support for the Floral Source Network. This makes sending orders through the Floral Source Network easier than ever before!
Let's assume you are an FSI member. You take an order from a retail customer for delivery to another city. You get to use all of FloristWare's features to speed the order-taking process, collect payment, gather marketing information, etc.
Once you are finished with the customer, FloristWare will prompt you to assign the order. That just means it wants you to select the florist or wire service you are going to use to fill the order.
If you want to send it using FSI you simply click the FSI button and FloristWare takes care of the rest - it gathers all of the information and sends it straight into the FSI system.
The order is sent in a matter of seconds. You DO NOT have to go to the website and enter the order again - FloristWare does it for you. It even shows you how many orders you sent through FSI in a number of different reports.
Receiving orders from FSI will be done in the usual way for now. You can enter them into FloristWare if you wish, and it will generate the worksheet, enclosure card and delivery slip, and add the filled total to several different reports. You may also choose to just fill the orders as you do now - without entering them into FloristWare.
We are hoping that in the near future FSI orders will be sent straight into FloristWare. This means FSI will send the order to FloristWare, which will in turn automatically generate the worksheet, enclosure card and delivery slip, and adjust several different reports as needed.
