We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement to provide Fresh Fruit Bouquet Company Franchising, LLC with customized POS and store management technology. This proprietary version of the FloristWare Order-Taking and Point-Of-Sale system (to be entitled the "FFBC Store Management System.") will be used at all Fresh Fruit Bouquet Company locations and shall provide its stores with a best-of-class POS and Store Management System.

The decision to use FloristWare was the result of a comprehensive review of all suitable systems on the part of the Fresh Fruit Bouquet Company. The agreement was reached on August 9, 2006 and FFBC stores will begin using the software in the days ahead.
