On Sunday, May 27, 2007 FloristWare took part in the MyFloraBiz Summit in Mississauga Ontario.

The event - sponsored and hosted by Golden Rose, a premium fresh supplier - was a success. The standout was almost certainly the design segment with Darren J. Lazarenko - the in-house designer at Golden Rose, but all of the speakers were well-received and the feedback from the florists in attendance has been excellent.

We are already planning a follow-up event for September 2007. Please bookmark the official event website and check back for details in the coming months.

We are very pleased that Mary Ann Stewart has joined the FloristWare Team. She will handle Marketing, Communications and (most importantly) the new Industry Resources section.

FloristWare users are now able to pay for their software subscriptions using any major US or Canadian credit card. While all users are still more than welcome to pay by check the credit card option was requested by users who felt it would be more convenient. We were happy to oblige than and believe that this additional payment option makes using the FloristWare POS system easier than ever.

As always there is no contract and no commitment with FloristWare, and a user can cancel their subscription at any time - whether they pay by credit card or check.
