This session will show florists how easy it is to increase sales and improve customer loyalty by implementing a "points" style incentive/loyalty program and/or fundraising programs. We are very pleased to announce that Version 2.5 of the FloristWare POS system is now available for download in free demo and trial forms.

This update includes more new features and enhancements than any other. Our test shops have been using it for some time and are very impressed.

One major improvement involves navigation. Users can now activate onscreen buttons from the keyboard - they no longer have to use the mouse and/or touchscreen. This is the best of both worlds - the speed of a keyed interface without having to remember any codes, commands or keystroke combinations. This, combined with a newly streamlined order process, makes FloristWare faster and easier to use than ever.
