This session will show florists how easy it is to increase sales and improve customer loyalty by implementing a "points" style incentive/loyalty program and/or fundraising programs. It will also demonstrate how such programs encourage customers to gladly divulge valuable marketing information they would otherwise be reluctant to share. This information will quickly form the backbone of a powerful customer database that can be used to power a variety of marketing efforts.
