FloristWare Enclosure Card / Delivery Slip For EnvelopesThis is our second favorite format. We think that envelopes make life harder for everyone but if you really want to use them this is the format for you. And while this format is designed to work with envelopes, it doesn't require envelopes. If you don't want to bother with stickers, seals or envelopes this is the best card format for you. In this format delivery information appears on one section of the card and the message appears on another. The two sections are separated by a micro-perforation, allowing you to remove the delivery information from the card section. The card section gets folded over and placed in the envelope. The delivery information is usually given to the driver or paper-clipped to the envelope. Some florists like the drivers to return the delivery portion to the shop as proof of delivery, and some even like them to get the receiver's signature first. The card is intended to be used with what the John Henry Company refers to as a "Fanfare" envelope. If you want to use a Fanfare envelope with a window make sure to give a sample of the envelope to your printer or designer so they can ensure that the artwork will center in the window.
Enclosure Card / Delivery Slip TemplateThis template will allow your printer to prepare blank enclosure cards and delivery slips for use with FloristWare. Just send this template to your printer and they will insert your artwork and whatever other information you specify. This is a .ai file - you probably won't be able to open it but your printer will.
