FloristWare Enclosure Card / Delivery Slip With SealThis is our favorite format. The delivery information appears on one section of the card and the message appears on another. The two sections are separated by a micro-perforation. This allows the driver to remove the "ugly" delivery information (address, time, intersection) etc. and leave the recipient with just the card. Some florists like the drivers to return the delivery portion to the shop as proof of delivery, and some even like them to get the receiver's signature first. The message portion folds over on itself and is closed with a seal or sticker. They look great! If you use nice artwork you won't find a better looking card presentation anywhere. This card will really require you to have seals or stickers to close the card and look right. You won't need (or want) to use an envelope. In fact, these cards won't even fit in any standard envelopes so if you want to use envelopes you will need to go with another format.

Just send this template to your printer and they will insert your artwork and whatever other information you specify. This is a .ai file - you probably won't be able to open it but your printer will. The idea is that you download and print this worksheet, and then scribble on it until you come up with something you like.
