FloristWare was released in the USA in the autumn of 2005 and since then has become the fastest growing independent point-of-sale system for US florists. FloristWare was originally designed for use in North America. With that in mind focus groups were held in various cities throughout the USA. Local florists were encouraged to attend and view the development of the system as it progressed. Their thoughts, ideas and opinions were actively sought out and incorporated into the first release of FloristWare. Once FloristWare was actually being used by florists in the field we started getting even more suggestions. The users continue to tell us what they want and how we can improve on what they already have and we continue to accommodate them. Our users drive the development of the system - US florists are helping us develop the system that they want to use.
