Compatibility Guide: Apple Mac OS X

We are very pleased to say that the FloristWare point of sale system for retail florists is Mac compatible! As far as we know it is the only such Mac compatible POS available.

It gets even better - if you are running FloristWare on multiple computers you can mix Macs and Windows machines on your network and use FloristWare on all of them. This allows you use the hardware that you want to use - you aren't trapped with one platform or another.

Here are the basic minimum requirements a Mac must meet to run FloristWare:

• Mac OS X v10.3.9 or Mac OS X 10.4

• Macintosh computer with a PowerPC G3, G4, G5 or Intel processor

• 256 MB of RAM

• CD-ROM and Disk Drive

 

Not sure your Mac meets these requirements? If you purchased it within the last four or five years it almost certainly does, but if you want to be sure please feel free to call.
