FloristWare and the Blossoms NetworkFloristWare makes sending orders through the Blossoms network easier than ever before! Let's assume you are an Blossoms member and you take an order from a retail customer for delivery to another city. You get to use all of the FloristWare features to speed the order-taking process, collect payment, gather marketing information, etc. When you have finished with the customer, FloristWare will prompt you to assign the order - meaning it wants you to select the florist or wire service you are going to use to fill the order. If you want to send the order using Blossoms you simply click the Blossoms button and FloristWare takes care of the rest - it takes all of the order information and sends it straight into the Blossoms. The order is sent in a matter of seconds. You do not have to do anything else - FloristWare does it for you. It even shows you how many orders you sent through the Blossoms network in a number of different reports. Receiving orders from Blossoms will be done in the usual way for now. You can enter these orders into FloristWare if you wish, and FloristWare will generate the worksheet, enclosure card and delivery slip, and add the filled total to several different reports. You can also choose to just fill the orders as you do now - without entering them into FloristWare. We are hoping that in the near future Blossoms orders will be sent straight into FloristWare. This means Blossoms will send the order to FloristWare, which will in turn automatically generate the worksheet, enclosure card and delivery slip, and adjust several different reports as needed. |
