First, you see a list of florists that service the delivery area. The reciprocity tool shows you how much business each has sent to you, enabling you to send your orders to florists that return the favor.
You can even keep notes on the florists you like to deal with — who has good prices, who is easy to work with, who can deliver the quickest, etc.
Sending the order is quick and easy. You can send it automatically by just clicking a button, you can print it out and fax it yourself or you can view the details of the order on the screen and send it by telephone.
If you have an account with the florist, they will bill you. If you don't, you can attach your billing address or credit card number to the order slip.
