FloristWare Screen Shots: The AdTracker FeatureHere we see the AdTracker screen. This is another non-essential post-sale step that can be very helpful. The AdTracker tool helps you keep track of where your business is coming from by prompting your staff to specify the "Source" of the sale by choosing from a list that you define. An example of what your list might look like appears below:
This information is saved and displayed in the AdTracker report. This report shows you what is working for you (in terms of generating business) and what isn't. For example, it will show you all of the sales that were generated by your Yellow Pages ad. You can also enter the cost of your Yellow Pages ad to further analyze whether or not the ad is working for you. Once again the yellow buttons at the bottom allow you to skip this and other non-essential post-sale steps if you or the customer are in a rush.
