FloristWare Screen Shots: ReceiptsOnce you have received payment it's time to take care of the receipt or invoice - if there is any money owing on the sale (it was charged to an account or payment was deferred) FloristWare will present an invoice instead of a receipt. FloristWare gives you four different options for the receipt or invoice:
The first and most common is to print the receipt. If you are dealing with a simple cash and carry sale you would normally print the receipt to a receipt printer. FloristWare also gives you the option of printing the receipt on letter-sized paper, formatted to go into a window envelope. This is ideal if you take a phone order and the customer wants you to mail them a receipt. The next option is to fax the receipt (or invoice). Click the button and FloristWare will it directly to the customer. This is very convenient when taking phone orders. The third option is to e-mail the receipt (or invoice) directly to the customer. Once again this is very convenient when taking phone orders. And finally you can click the yellow button to skip the receipt entirely. If asked many customers will tell you they don't even want a receipt.
