FloristWare Screen Shots: Reminder SystemOnce you have made the sale (or taken the order) and issued the receipt or invoice FloristWare attempts to take you on to the optional Reminders section. If you want it to FloristWare will prompt you to ask your customers about their special dates like Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc., and then prompt you to call and remind them as those dates draw close. The idea is that you call a customer a week or two before is anniversary to remind him and, hopefully, get an order at the same time. So at this point in the sale we ask the customer if they would like to put any Reminders on file. The screen looks like this:
The three large buttons are self explanatory. The yellow buttons at the bottom allow you to skip this and other non-essential post-sale steps if you or the customer are in a rush.
