2007 Landscape Ontario Flower Expo

Mark Anderson of FloristWare will be speaking at the Landscape Ontario Garden Expo/Flower Expo at 11 AM and 4 PM on Tuesday October 16 and Wednesday October 17. The Flower Expo is being held at the Toronto Congress Center.

Increase Sales, Improve Customer Loyalty and Collect Valuable Marketing Information WIth Incentive/Points And Fundraising Programs

This session will show florists how easy it is to increase sales and improve customer loyalty by implementing a "points" style incentive/loyalty program and/or fundraising programs. It will also demonstrate how such programs encourage customers to gladly divulge valuable marketing information they would otherwise be reluctant to share. This information will quickly form the backbone of a powerful customer database that can be used to power a variety of marketing efforts.

The educational program will also feature sessions by Rick Ross and Bobby Adore of FloraFactor.
