Increase Sales & Improve Customer Service at NEFE 2016

One March 5 and 6 2016 the Connecticut Florists Association will host one of the best and most popular regional events in the floral industry – the Northeast Floral Expo. It takes place in Groton CT at the Mystic Marriott.

FloristWare has been a sponsor of NEFE the last two years, and we're very excited to return as a gold sponsor again in 2016. We're providing some of the very best business content in the industry, and the best sales and service training by far – FloralStrategies.

The sessions will include a 90-minute Main Stage show on Saturday, from 4:00-5:30 PM and a one hour Business Clinic on Sunday from 2:30-3:30 PM. Details on the content are being finalized but the main stage session is likely to focus on how you increase average order values and customer loyalty through better sales and service, while the business clinic focusses on sales management.

Both sessions will be presented by Sam Bowles, AIFSE of FloralStrategies. Sam recently presented at the Ozark Floral Expo, and also got great reviews for his work at SAF Retail Growth Solutions.
