Maintenance Alert

One of the datacenters used by FloristWare will be performing a scheduled Semi-Annual Fire Suppression System Inspection on April 30, 2015 from 16:30 to May 1 at 02:00

There is no anticipated service impact during this maintenance, but even if there is FloristWare clients will not be affected. The servers in this data center do not affect FloristWare access or availability in any way. They could go offline completely and our FloristWare clients would still have complete access to FloristWare and their data.

The servers in this datacenter host our primary website, so the worst case is that www.floristware.com might be offline briefly until the failover site became live. Support resources would not be affected because they are hosted on different redundant servers in different datacenters.
