Mobile Commerce For Florists: Reaching Customers on the Go

Ryan Freeman of Strider Inc. and Brandon Kirkland of Epic Flowers will help florists address the important topic of reaching customers on the go at the 2015 SAF Annual Convention on Amelia Island.

Mobile Commerce For Florists: Reaching Customers on the Go

As more retail purchasing is done from mobile devices it becomes more vital for florists to provide a good mobile shopping experience. For example they need responsive websites, websites that look good and work well on all devices, even if the device is a smartphone with a tiny 3.5" screen. If a website doesn't let a customer complete their order using their smartphone they're just going to click through to one that does.

This is just one of the topics that Ryan and Brandon will address during their "Maximum Mobility – Reaching Customers On The Go" session. They will also look at how florists can leverage mobile functions like GPS, SMS (text messaging), apps and more to increase their online flower sales, and how they can improve conversion and increase satisfaction by tackling unseen usability issues.
