SAF Growth Solutions 2014 Follow-Up

This was the third time FloristWare has participated in the annual SAF Growth Solutions event. Each year it seems to get better.

The content is always excellent. Some of the highlights this year included sessions from Tim Huckabee of Floral Strategies, Derrick Myers of Crockett Myers, and Jim Dion.

Tim isn't just the industry leader in sales training – he invented sales training for the floral industry. Derrick Myers is probably the most recognized accountant in the floral industry and Jim Dion is a widely respected retail specialist. SAF (Society Of American Florists) is the best at bringing together the best educational content. They are also amazing and gracious hosts and everyone who attends has a good time.

The highlight for us was meeting with many of our current users. Talking with them face-to-face, and seeing what they like about our POS software and how they use it in their flower shops every day is the single best way for us to come up with ways to make it better... something we are working on constantly.
