Server Upgrades Commence

We have completed configuration of our new servers and will begin moving them into their new home in a secure Tier 3 data center. Once in place we will, over the coming month, begin transitioning services from the old servers to the new. To ensure the best possible experience for our clients we'll be running the old and new servers alongside each other until the process is complete.

During this period the best source of information will be our secondary website devoted to providing details and updates on the primary servers. And, if the primary servers do go down for more than a few minutes, traffic will be directed to this site automatically so our clients will know what is happening.
