Venue Change For 2016 Northeast Floral Expo (NEFE)

For the last several years the Northeast Florist Expo has taken place at the Mystic Marriot, just outside Mystic CT in Groton. The Connecticut Florist Association board has just announced that in 2016 the event will move back to the Springfield Sheraton Monarch in Springfield, MA:

The Executive Board of the Connecticut Florist Association has some exciting news. The venue for NEFE 2016 will be changing. NEFE 2016 will be held at the Springfield Sheraton Monarch in Springfield, MA. Just over the CT line straight up RT 91.  The Mystic Marriott has changed hands and with that we were presented with an opportunity to move venues. We feel this is a great move....

The new location is about 1:45 minutes North of the old hotel in Groton. That makes it a little farther from New York City, and a little closer to Boston and Albany.

FloristWare is sponsoring two sessions at this event, a main stage session and a business clinic. Both will be presented by Sam Bowles of FloralStrategies.
