FAQ: Wire Service Compatibility

Answers to the most commonly asked questions about how FloristWare integrates with different wire services.
Flower Shop Network

FloristWare includes full send and receive integration with Flower Shop Network. In fact we are proud to have been the first POS system to offer this feature.

What exactly does this mean? If another FSN member sends you a florist-to-florist order through FSN, or a retail customer places on your FSN website, that order will be retrieved right into FloristWare, presented to you for approval, and added to your production queue.

Sending outgoing wires through FSN is even easier. When you have an order that you need to send outside your delivery area you just need to select FSN as the wire service you wish to hande the order and FloristWare takes care of the rest - automatically relaying all the order information to the filling florist through Flower Shop Network.

Bloomnet

FloristWare allows you to enter, track and account for incoming and outgoing Bloomnet orders. It will even help you get the order details to the filling florist.

The latest version of FloristWare does not yet integrate directly with the Bloomlink network. That means that FloristWare cannot automatically send or receive orders. Incoming Bloomnet orders have to be manually entered into FloristWare. Outgoing orders are easier - FloristWare helps you get the details directly to the filling florist but it will be up to them to report the the order to Bloomnet to receive payment.

FTD

FloristWare allows you to enter, track and account for incoming and outgoing FTD orders. It will even help you get the order details to the filling florist.

Unfortunately FTD has not allowed us to integrate directly with the Mercury network. That means that FloristWare cannot automatically send or receive orders. Incoming FTD orders have to be manually entered into FloristWare. Outgoing orders are easier - FloristWare helps you get the details directly to the filling florist but it will be up to them to report the the order to FTD to receive payment.

We share many clients with FTD and they would be better off if we could give them this integration. We hope that one day FTD will be prepared to discuss it further.

Teleflora

FloristWare helps enter, track and account for incoming and outgoing Teleflora orders. It will even help you get outgoing order details to the filling florist.

Unfortunately Teleflora has not allowed us to integrate directly with the Dove network. That means that FloristWare cannot automatically send or receive orders. Incoming Teleflora orders have to be manually entered into FloristWare. Outgoing orders are easier - FloristWare helps you get the details directly to the filling florist but it will be up to them to report the the order to Teleflora to receive payment.

We share many clients with Teleflora and those clients would be better off if we could give them this integration. We hope that one day Teleflora will be prepared to discuss it further.
